We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, so returns are possible within 14 days. But as a small, independent business returns have a real impact on us. Therefore we kindly ask you to consider your order carefully before buying.

If you still want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days. Please e-mail us at info@laveauluxury.com with your return request. The returned product must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Any complimentary items that came with the item must also be returned.
Please note that the shipping of the return is at your own expense and risk. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we accepted your return and will be issued through the original payment method. If an item is returned incomplete — for example, missing (original) packaging, accessories, or tags — we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund or decline the return altogether.
