All of our items are vintage or pre-loved, and their condition may vary. We provide a detailed description for each piece, including any signs of wear, so you know exactly what to expect. We also use a clear condition standard for each item to help you make an informed choice.
FLAWLESS - The item is in perfect condition, new or new without tags.
EXCELLENT - A piece that has been cherished with care, very well maintained with only minimal signs of use.
VERY GOOD - An item with signs of wear from gentle use, still in beautiful overall condition.
GOOD - Clearly used with visible wear, but still fully functional and stylish.
FAIR - A vintage piece with a rich history and marked by wear, but still worthy of admiration.

Do the items come with a box, receipt and/or dustbag?
The included accessories very per item. Please check the description of the item of your choice to see what is included. For bags without an original dustbag, a dustbag will be provided free of charge.

How long does shipping take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, but always within 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are beyond our control. Read more about shipping here.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! But please note that any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes and/or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about possible fees before placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Every shipment will be insured.
Can i return my order?
Yes, returns are possible, because we truly want you to be happy with your purchase. But as a small, independent business returns have a real impact on us. Therefore we kindly ask you to consider your order carefully before buying.

How do i return my order
If you want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days after receiving your item. Please e-mail us at info@laveauluxury.com with your return request. The returned product must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Any complimentary items that came with the item must also be returned.
Please note that the shipping of the return is at your own expense and risk. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we accepted your return and will be issued through the original payment method. If an item is returned incomplete — for example, missing (original) packaging, accessories, or tags — we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund or decline the return altogether.
